Why would you go to Canada let alone that far to get a name change if you are born in Seattle, WA like Pidgeon believes? This certificate says Ubayd resided in Skookumchuck. It also says the registration date is May 23, 1973, but given under my hand on 10-14-82

Just makes no sense, he had been back from Indonesia for approx two years in 1973...and the address was given as Skoochumchuck?
