If that is what he claims is the record, color me very skeptical too. If it was like the US, it would have to go through a court, so there should be a court document with the judges signature on it. Plus there would be a document for the petition of the change of name that would have Obamas signature on it.

I just watched the hour long video. Stephen Pidgeon said he believes Obama's father was Malcolm X and that he was born in Seattle not Kenya like Corsi says.

Skookumchuck is located above the Eastern Side of Washington State close to the Rocky Mountains and Kootney National Park.

Why would you go to Canada let alone that far to get a name change if you are born in Seattle, WA like Pidgeon believes? This certificate says Ubayd resided in Skookumchuck. It also says the registration date is May 23, 1973, but given under my hand on 10-14-82

Colour me very skeptical also.
