CHICAGO, - Potential Republican presidential contender Mitt Romney finished a day of fundraising in Chicago by sending leftover pizza to President Obama's campaigners.
Romney said he enjoyed the deep-dish pizza at Gino's East and sent some to Obama's Chicago re-election headquarters, ABC News reported Friday.
"Great deep dish at @ginoseast. Sending the extra slices to @barackobama and his Chicago HQ team," Romney wrote on his Twitter feed.
The message was accompanied by a picture of a delivery boy heading out of the restaurant.
A source with Obama's campaign confirmed the pizza was received.
The way I see it is he gets people to donate to his campaign then he turns around and gives it to the libs. Same thing he’ll do with your taxes.
It shows his true colors even if he was trying to be cute.
I wouldn’t even give them that. They are not worthy of my ball sweat.
I’m with you - this story keeps bouncing around but I feel like I’m on the outside of an inside joke. Is there significance to the pizza or the leftovers? I’m lost.
The Republicans should be inviting Obama to sign the Patriot act on a golf course or basketball court if they want to get a dig in on the “President on Vacation.”
As Church Lady would say, “ Well Isn’t that special!”
Sounds like the Rombots are stooping to the adolescent level of the obamabots...
Libs never turn down something paid for by someone else. That is, after all, their motto.
Take take take.....
now if he’d buried a dead RAT under the pizza, THAT would be funny. Elites must have a more refined sense of humor...
For YEARS, we have wondered:
WHY DOES ROMNEY KEEP HELPING OBAMA and the RATS?
Answer:
"See! See! He's who you want! He's the guy! Pick him! PICK HIM! NOT SARAH! PLEASE OH PLEEEEZ OH PLEEEEEEEEEEZZZZ!"
The point here is inside baseball. There are rather a lot of under the radar reports recently that Obama is having fund raising issues. He’s not failing to raise money; he’s failing to raise 2008 level money.
Romney’s people know it. They are jabbing with this maneuver.
Romney ALWAYS helps Obama. Always.

The Palmetto Scoop reported: "One of the first stories to hit the national airwaves was
the claim of a major internal strife between close McCain aides and the folks handling his running mate Sarah Palin."
"Im told by very good sources that this was indeed the case and that a rift had developed, but it was between Palins people and the staffers brought on from the failed presidential campaign of former Gov. Mitt Romney, not McCain aides."
"The sources said nearly 80 percent of Romneys former staff was absorbed by McCain and these individuals were responsible for what amounts to a premeditated, last-minute sabotage of Palin."
aides loyal to Romney inside the McCain campaign, said The Scoop, reportedly saw
that Palin would be a serious contender for the Republican nomination in 2012 or 2016, which made her a threat to another presidential quest by Romney.
"These staffers are now out trying to finish her off .hoping it would ingratiate themselves with Mitt Romney."

I wonder if they put any extra “toppings” on it.
