Good morning, Geo.
Hope you can get out this weekend and enjoy God’s magnificence ... the trees, the flowers and his creatures.
Have a wonderful day.
Thank you!
May your weekend be peaceful as we remember those who gave so much!
We thank you, Teenie.
DITTO!!!
We have so much to be grateful for!!
Yes, we must remember to give thanks for our freedom!!
What a great cheerleader outfit on that sweet young lady! Thank you!!
Thank you, Teenie and the same to you.
Most of us locals around here don't venture out much, as the town is packed with tourists.
Which in turn creates traffic nightmares!

Fun Quotes by Albert Einstein
“If we knew what it was we were doing, it would not be called research, would it?”
“The must incomprehensible thing about the universe is that it is comprehensible.”
“Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new.”
“Try not to become a man of success but rather try to become a man of value.”
“Gravitation can not be held responsible for people falling in love.”
“You do not really understand something unless you can explain it to your grandmother.”
“The wireless telegraph is not difficult to understand. The ordinary telegraph is like a very long cat. You pull the tail in New York, and it meows in Los Angeles. The wireless is the same, only without the cat.”
“When asked how World War III would be fought, Einstein replied that he didn’t know. But he knew how World War IV would be fought: With sticks and stones!”
“Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. THAT’S RELATIVITY.”
“Sometimes one pays most for the things one gets for nothing.”
“Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I’m not sure about the universe.”

Weather is not the usual so perhaps many will stay away! It hurts the businesses around here but we locals don't mind the quiet! :)
I could be an inch better today....wouldn't bet money on it but I'm thinking I am! I am so tired of this thing, it has been a horrible thing. I have coughed myself to death getting all that junk out of me. That alone makes you sick and very tired. I have enough antibiotics for 3 more days and am hoping that will cure it. I sleep when I want to though and the house is very neglected but I can't spend time worrying about it. When and if I get better, the house will get better, too, LOL!
What I wanted to also mention is these horrible storms we've been having every evening! They have been rough...high winds, heavy rains, and hail, hail, hail yesterday evening. And the strangest thing, the phone rang and I could see on the caller I.D., it said police department!! First thing one thinks about is a loved one has had an accident or something BUT it was a bulletin and I suppose it went to all our local citizens. It warned us to be on the lookout and prepare for a tornado in the Bristol area. Advised us to get in safe place. You all will never know what a scary advisory that was.
I got my lantern and necessities to go to the basement room. The trees and bushes were blowing sideways and the hail was bouncing all over the yards and driveway. My heart was pounding but it blew over in about 30 minutes all but the horrible rains. My home phone went out of order and they didn't get it repaired until about noon today. I did ask God to keep me safe and I thanked him afterwards.
Every evening about this time, it clouds over and we have some kind of storm. I hope its not on schedule for today.
Thank you all for all your good well wishes and comments to me. They have helped me very much.
Have a great weekend, and maybe say a prayer for some soldier who gave his all for us. For me, that is my dad.

Scary, scary weather, jaycee..I am glad you get phone notices as concerning as that must have been..I would call the doctor if you see no good improvement by the time you run out of antibiotics..It does take a long time. I assumme you are taking something like Mucinex, too.
Amen to your beautiful prayer.
Prayers of gratitude to your dad and for his loved ones left without him.
