Seriously. How about for the next week - until this weekend at least, anyone posting a Trump-bashing thread, has to concurrently support someone on the GOP side.
At least then, we can (pretend) it's not whining.
Thanks. :)
So, a whining thread about others whining?
Cheer him on when he takes on reporters and pols? Absolutely. Wistful comments that he'd be the nominee? give me a break.
Michellle Bachman likes what he has to say as well. At this point it is either Sarah or Donald unless another candidate with the right issues and enough money shows up.
Kudos to Trump for his efforts, but that shouldn't equate to him being fawned over and adored to the point of wishing he was the Republican nominee in 2012.
Not sure if that sentiment equals whining, but if so, oh well, so be it.
Great point. Trump may be a bad candidate in the end, but he is sure causing a lot of needed damage to Obummer and keeping the MSM chatter directed towards him being an empty suit with a document problem. Did we expect Pawlenty or Daniels to start the pundfest on the loser in the WH? Trump seems American enough for my respect plus I think he actually provided his proof of citizenship. That is something I have yet to see from Obummer or for that matter Romney.
You know, like MaCain or Dole, but maybe not so feisty and enthusiastic.
let the dust settle after the primaries because I won’t fork over my hard-earned dough to any PAC until after the primaries.
I do not trust Trump..and that wasn’t a “whine’ but an opinion.
Okay. Trump is no conservative. I am voting for Sarah Palin.
He wasn’t even on “our team” for last Novembers’ election.
What is honest about his too recent “conversion”??
Lay off the whining about H. Ross Trump!
just wait six months and we still don’t have a formal GoP candidate but the media and pollsters have it in the can for Obama and we still have 1 more year to go to the General.
trump is attacking obama and the MSM. he’s not my candidate of choice but i’m not going to attack him while he’s attacking my enemies. HELLOOOOO. COMMON SENSE.
sarc/
Trump is a spoiler. Watch out for him run as a third party candidate when he doesn’t get the GOP nomination and re-elect the BO.
I don’t trust him at all.
You obviously don’t get it. We’re supposed to vet our candidates. That’s what we’re doing.
Donald Trump is coming up stinkbugs, but in the meantime, he’s doing one helluva job bashing the crap out of Obama in the national press, which we THANK him for.
See the difference? Now put the whine away.
Just follow Reagan’s 11th commandment.
Stop putting down any candidates.
Write positive things about YOUR candidate and give specific reasons why s/he will make the best president and why s/he is electable.
As for Trump, he is standing eyeball to eyeball with the MSM and is not blinking. That is a positive by any measure. But I like him because he knows more about China than any one else. He has done hundreds of Million dollars worth of business with China and knows intimately the situation. And what is ailing our economy the most is lack of jobs. And China has taken the most jobs from us because they make so many things we used to make, and we import them without tarriffs and with a fixed rate of exchange with Yuan.
You called? :)
This may be real refreshing to hear while we wait for clarity on the best man/woman for the job of restoring this great nation.

I applaud Trump for getting out there and discussing issues that others are avoiding. What bugs me is those who jump on a Trump for president bandwagon (or anyone else) just because he says something that resonates with them. I can’t believe how over emotional some “conservatives” are hereabouts.
No, whining is when people tell Trump supporters the truth, which is that if The Donald weren’t (a) The Donald and (b) hitting the eligibility thing like Laz, and somebody came on here trying to sell him as a GOP candidate, let alone the savior of the party, they’d be fighting each other to be IBTZ, and they respond by going Chris Crocker on us. That’s whining.
No, we’re not going to leave Donald alone. That’s not happening.
