OK, I'm pretty sure this means that JFK was killed by some sort of space weapon (you know, the magic bullet) because he was about to discover that aliens had infiltrated the CIA from their base in Roswell. In fact, Kennedy may have already become an alien via pod transformation, and Oswald was an alien hunter from the future who goes back in time to save humanity.
I'm pretty sure that's it. Case closed.
