Current candidate for the Mississippi House of Delegates Cindy Shivers Bryan spoke on April 16 in the town park of Prentiss, Miss. in Jefferson Davis County at a public forum for candidates held by the National Association for The Advancement of Colored Peoples.

“I explained that I was running as a Republican because the values of the Republican Party aligned with my Christian values of being pro life and for more personal responsibility,” Bryan said. “I was asked why I thought Democrats were all pro-choice and I responded that I did not think every Democrat was pro-choice but their leadership of our country was, and they fund abortion in the federal budget.”

Bryan addressed education problems in Jefferson Davis County and restated her intention to bring jobs back to District 91 in Mississippi, which encompasses the counties of Copiah, Covington, Jefferson Davis, Lawrence and Simpson.

Breaking news...

Massachusetts Republican mercier says those who did vote for Obama are developmentally stunted nitwits.

How ironic. A RAT at a RACIST organization meeting projecting their own racism on to others.

Sure we are.

That’s why we spend a considerable amount of our free time and money so we can watch entertainers, movie stars and athletes.

Then again it may be racist to lust after Beyonce’, Halle Berry, Vanessa Williams, etc.

And heck Chris Rock is hilarious. Even Denzel is cool.

But, neither are as hilarious and cool as Eddie Murphy.

Then again, we are the same people who tried to get JC Watts, Coling Powell and Condoleeza Rice to run for the presidency. Not that we have them now.

But there are some fellows we admire such Col, Allen West and Hermain Cain, one of whom is running for President.

What’s that you say? We’re racist?

K...

No news here...just a liberal saying what many of them think but are too lilly-livered to say.

All you have to do is listen to them long enough, and they speak the truth about themselves.

Voting FOR someone because they are black is racist. But I suspect these people are too stupid to understand that simple concept.

Or... you could say that voters that voted for Obama, and against white man McCain, are also racist.

That's if you want to take their argument to its logical conclusion.

Where was race implied in the exchange?

There was no exchange. Bryan had made her case earlier, as she explained to me. The article states that everyone was packing up when Evans came in and took center stage with his polarizing assertions.

Her opponent is THE RACIST!

Bryan’s opponent, incumbent House member and Democrat Bob Evans, criticized his Republican opponents for not voting for Barack Obama.

You are correct. Not only that, I believe he asked how people voted and were going to vote— to further polarize the audience.

Ok. Where are the accusations of racism in his polarizing assertions?
