Pickler II had a bad case of bed head in that introductory bit. I like her, but this put to me to sleep.
Screech came out in a growly duet with Gnocchi Alfredo. Why? Wut? And what is that noise that sucks so bad? Music? I think maybe not.
Scotty nice. real nice. But I could do without "The Look".
DurbinToo nii your myyyy. DICTION!! DANG IT. DICTION!! Just screech and get it over with, that way no one will notice your complete lack of consonants.
The Pickler & Scotty Variety Show makes me want to sing, "Where, oh where, are you tonight? Why did you leave me here all alone? I searched the world over and thought I found true love. But you found another and -- pbbbbbtttt -- you were gone!"
Gnocchi Alfredo The hat was cheesy, but loved the performance.
Screech showed up with a series of multi-colored fungal growths on her head. I suspect aliens. There was nothing about this performance that I liked.
I don't even know what to call these two… (for a good time, append "That's what she said!" to the end of every line in this song…) And how tight were James' pants? Like Robert Plant tight pants.
Overall the evening was a stinker. Not sure why ratings are up. This is getting dreary and the judges are such suck-ups. We fast forwarded through all the commercials so I couldn't tell you the best song of the evening. I suspect Screech and Pickler II may be at the bottom of the votes.

I love that the contestants get to choose who they want to work with and the judges go back and forth to win them.
I am trying to figure out the rules on this Voice show.

I imagine there was a Hillary-style tantrum at the Cyrus house--lampstands and ashtrays flying.
She only had one Judge want her.
All I really know is that each of the 4 ‘coaches/mentors’ gets to have 8 members on their ‘team’.
People come out to sing, while the mentors have their backs to them and if they like what they hear and want that person on their team they hit a button which turns their chair around to see the singer. If more than one mentor turns around, the singer gets to choose who they work with.
Sometimes, no one turns around and the person just leaves.
Once all 4 have their 8 members then they will have two of their members sing the same song in a sing off with the losers leaving, until the mentors only have only 4 members on their teams. If I understood it correctly they will go from 8 to 4 in one week.
Beyond that I’m not sure.
Yeah, its too bad he got paired up with Jacob.
They could have paired him up with Lauren, she sings a little rock too. They don’t have to always pair her up with Scotty for country.

You know I just got to thinking. They pick their initial 8 without seeing them, but, now that they know what they look like, there’s nothing to stop them from getting rid of those that they don’t like the looks of.
They can easily pick out those they like the sound and looks of and when they pick two to sing the same song, pick one they like against one they want to get rid of.
I thought it was interesting that Cee Lo know who Frenchie was.

Gotta say, I feel sorry for James’ baby momma. Cuz when a guy can sing like that, no amount of face twitchin’, big ears or bad teeth is gonna keep the girls away.
