LOLOL!!! I was so proud of myself, too. I lined them up all four pieces perfectly. I'm working without a pattern and all I could do was laugh when I realized what I had done.
If anyone is interested, this is the book I am using, Sew What! Skirts: 16 Simple Styles You Can Make with Fabulous Fabrics. It's worth it even just for the a line skirt patterns.
