Goodnight, Kitty.
That little baby is sooooo cute.
Hope you had a wonderful day.

12 Rules of Chocolate
1. Chocolate is a vegetable. How, you ask? Chocolate is derived from cacao beans. Bean = vegetable.
Sugar is derived from either sugar CANE or sugar BEETS.
Both are plants, which places them in the vegetable category.
Thus, chocolate is a vegetable.
2. To go one step further, chocolate candy bars also contain milk, which is dairy.
So candy bars are a health food.
3. Chocolate covered raisins, cherries, orange slices and strawberries all count as fruit,
so eat as many as you want.
4. If you've got melted chocolate all over your hands,
you're eating it too slowly.
5. The problem: How to get 2 pounds of chocolate home from the store in a hot car.
The solution: Eat it in the parking lot.
6. Diet tip: Eat a chocolate bar before each meal.
It'll take the edge off your appetite, and you'll eat less.
7. If calories are an issue, store your chocolate on top of the fridge.
Calories are afraid of heights, and they will jump out of the chocolate to protect themselves.
8. If I eat equal amounts of dark chocolate and white chocolate,
is that a balanced diet?
Don't they actually counteract each other?
9. Chocolate has many preservatives.
Preservatives make you look younger.
Therefore, you need to eat more chocolate.
10. Put "eat chocolate" at the top of your list of things to do today.
That way, at least you'll get one thing done.
11. A nice box of chocolates can provide your total daily intake of calories in one place.
Now, isn't that handy?
12. If not for chocolate, there would be no need for control top pantyhose.
An entire garment industry would be devastated.
You can't let that happen, can you?
Or tossed! :)
Yes - toss em out! (Like we should do with the ‘resident of the WH!)
I'd lend what little strength I have left! lol
Mr. Sandman is starting to get impatient. Guess I’ll go see what he wants.............LOL
See ya tomorrow, Teenie!
You mean you don't know??? ;)
Thy Will Be Done
Gethsemane, garden of remembrance, the point at which our Salvation hung as a millstone around thy neck. Brave defender, oh blessed redeemer, In whose hands our fate rests as yet, How may we understand that perfect love?
Golgotha, the place of the skull, looming in the foreground, Oh mighty sorrow as pain of love, When looking to the heavens above, You spoke the words that change our fate, Father, not my will, but thy will be done.
A bitter cup, yet quiet heart of strength, and love, and peace, Oh perfect prince, oh king of kings, may our hearts be meek. As a lamb before its shearers may be silent, you uttered not a word. On pain of death you bore with strength the sins of every man.
As the blood and water flowed, salvations plan was sealed, That as we give our hearts to you, the wounds of sin are healed. And as we wander in despair, as all who go astray, May you, oh Lord grant us, the strength of heart to pray, Father, not my will, but thy will be done.

Good night.
I’m so glad you liked the smiley graphic. I dearly adore smiley’s. They seem to lighten my heart.
You sure don’t have to be “an antique” because you love antiques....LOL! I like certain ‘pieces’ but wouldn’t want my home full of them. I have a real old wall phone, refinished and lovely. I also have an old Victrola that you crank and in good shape. Its attractive and it works really good. Hubby and I bought that in an antique store many years ago. I am thinking of selling it if the price is right....LOL!
It was good to know you and your relatives didn’t get bad damages from that horrible storm. Storms scare me very much, especially being alone. I have a ‘safe’ room I would go to if tornadoes were headed for us. The thing that worries me is if it would happen during the night when we are sleeping. One of yorkie’s favorite scriptures is “Be still and know that I am God.” I have adopted it as it says everything.
I love that darling kitten. It looks like it is praying with those front paws, just precious. Thank you, dear Kitty.
The road was smooth and we were making good progress as we headed for Jays dads house in South Carolina. As we drove through the mountains in Tennessee, I began seeing detour signs. But Jay kept going, so I assumed that they didnt apply to us. Shortly before we reached the North Carolina border, we came to a sign that said the highway ahead was closed due to a rock slide. We would have to turn around. Jay was surprised. Why wasnt there any warning? he wanted to know. There were lots of warnings, I said. Didnt you see the signs? No, he said, why didnt you mention them? I assumed that you saw them, I answered. We now tell this story to entertain our friends.
Throughout history, God provided plenty of signs to show people the way to live, but they kept going their own way. When God finally sent His Son as a sign (Luke 11:30), the religious leaders paid little attention to His warnings. Life for them was good. They were recognized and respected (v.43). They resented being told that they were wrong (v.45).
We can be the same way. When life is going well, we tend to ignore warnings that we need to turn around and change our sinful ways. Its important to remember that we may be wrong even though life is good.
