I guess being from Florida I just thought it was a nature preserve that he has near his home. Now I wonder.

These are from the gator farm rookery but stuff shows up in the yard too.

There is an almost uncanny truce at the gator farm, the birds know they are safe and usually timid birds pay no attention to you.
