Fergie was hot.
William was on key and so was the goofy looking indian guy but Fergies performance was bad,really bad and Usher looked like he was wearing a diaper under his pants. And then there were the ice cube head dancers...hahahaha wth were they thinking?
I loved it. I was laughing so hard I fell off the couch. They dressed up like Power Rangers, had dancing blockheads, and had Slash pop up on stage so Fergie could mangle Sweet Child O Mine. Usher showed up so there was one person on stage who could dance, but while he was there they only sang three words over and over and over and over and over and over and ...
For the record my 10 year old daughter loved it, just proving it should have been on Nick Jr.
Strange. I was flipping too as I had no dog in the SB hunt. I ended at NBC and a documentary that followed Lisa Kudrow (”Frinds”) as she visited her ancestors home in Ilya, Byelorussia. There the town, which was predominately Jewish, was destroyed in one afternoon by the SS. The Jews were rounded up and shot one after another, including Kudrow’s grandmother, and then burned dead and alive in a pit. The village never really recovered. It was a dreadful reminder of what was, and I suppose of what could be. In any case, I won’t remember the Packers win for long, but I don’t think I will ever forget that program.

This just isn’t the venue, one way or the other.
Also, some of the commercials went too far as well.
This was a family event, no need to say damn or kick people in the crotch in front of kids.
There is a time and place for that type of thing, and this was neither.
AS IF halftime shows have been good in the past few decades. Where have you been? I always turn to The Weather Channel during SuperBowl halftime. At least the game today was good.
I wonder if Dubya and Laura sat through that mess?
I’m a musician. I’ve watched every superbowl halftime show. This really was bad. (I feel sorry for the BEP’s - although their handlers should have known better.)
I watched a portion of the half time until I could not stomach it anymore and started flipping channels stopped at TCM Turner Classic Moivies they had “Sunrise” (1927) and a band playing wild 1920’s music just as I flipped channels it was deja vu-my timing was perfect. I started laughing-what goes around comes around
