Me and the family are doing just great, staying busy doing nothing then do it some more. Enjoying retired life and staying busy.

D rearranged my ‘shack in the back’ and they are giving me a good house cleaning, can’t find anything but it is clean.
Bought me a new ricking chair for the porch and I am really enjoying that. Not as active I once was, creak at the ‘joints’, got me a walking cane but use it only every once in a while. I might have a slower move around time but I am happy,the boys keep me busy and are my ‘buds’.

Here I am on AMERICA THE RIGHT WAY, THE OLD WAY!!!!

SIL got on yesterday and had a bout with getting on but couldn’t, all he did was clean up my computer, virus, etc. Said he would look at it in a day or so, so, will just read the posts.

If anyone asks, tell them I miss them, miss talking to them on the keyboard.

One point, I am sick and tired of seeing this ‘little boy’ trying to run a country..Won’t drill for oil. want the world to run his way his way.

Bless you, Toby. I just copied your post and I’ll post it at the new site. We miss you, too. It just isn’t the same w/o hearing of your shack-in-the-back and your grandchildren.

Hubby and I are up in North AL at the moment. We spent a busy few days in Nashville and are resting this AM. Tonight we’re speaking at a church in Tullahoma and will be heading south again tomorrow. Pray for stamina. We’re tired!

I had my eyes operated upon last Thursday. My vision is now 20/15. Yippee!!! I still need reading glasses however being able to see w/o looking through glasses is wondeful. The first two or three days were rough on me but things are settling down now.

Hi! Just finished cutting my place on the trator, spring has sprc..., love doing this, sweat, etc, etc.

SIL gave it the college try to get me into the new site, could not do it. We did everything we were told to do by lysie so, I shall correspong the America the Old way....

Please tell all I really miss chating with them and maybe someday we will learn how to get in....75 and dumb as a 4 year old.

Looks so good, a bite here, a bite there...my chickens just are not laying, spect they have gotten old, pen finished, chicks in the pen., pine straw in the laying boxes and nothing. Looks like I am going to have to start all over, going to store mon or tues to get some chicks, got 5 roosters.....might get me a couple of geese for the boys.

I really miss talking to ya’ll every day but maybe we will learn yet, SIL can’t get to the new site as well..

Good morning! I miss your cheery reports, too. Keep posting here and I'll try to remember to come check it and answer. Yesterday, the Lord's Day was a good long day. The sermon was on forgiving others from the Model Prayer. Next, my oldest was performing in the chorus of Verdi's Requiem. That is a one-and-a-half hour performance with no breaks in it. The choirs were adequate but the orchestra was the pits. The strings need to be told that they may make tuning adjustments during the performance and the lower brass needs to count to four. The whole thing almost came apart toward the end because the instrumentalists were in such disarray. Then, something at supper disagreed with me. I was up late last night working on that.

Hi! Sorry I have been missing, so dissapoined that I can’t get into the ‘new’ site, even with the help of SIL and I sure miss ya’ll.

My days are going pretty good, however starting to fell those 75 years, slow in the walk, get tired, sore back (just a start}, not enough words to describe all my acks and pains.

Please tell all I send them my best, miss chating with them.
I think of ya’ll all the time. I do wish I could chat but we just can not find the means on this new site..

It grieves me that you’re not with us over there. I miss you bunches. I prayed for you last Friday as that stormy weather rolled through. Your description of your aches and pains sounds the way I am all the time. I’m almost 20 years younger!

As I have said, SIL has tried and tried to get me on to the new site, talked to him yesterday, said he would try one more time, he is one of those ‘puter’ wizzs. me, no way, just an old man here in way south of Mississippi.

I see today that BamBam came up with a birth certicicate. you can buy them on the streets a dozen at a time. He was hatched, not born......the sorry excues for a excues...NOT qualified for sure.

Pleasw tell all that I ask about them, I really miss chatting with them and you on the new site, what ever I am doing wrong will be a simple thing and will get SIL to fix it.
