So what will you be doing with your Beau for a WHOLE week on Lake Powell? LOLOLOLOLOLOL!! :)

Well....if it’s left to the imagination...oh my! ;)

LOL! I be doin' BOAT cookin'! There's a grill on the patio deck of the boat - and I'm bringing lots of charcoal - baby back ribs, rib eyes, sirloin steaks, chops, t-bone steaks - you name it.

(In the fridge, will be yorkie's potato salad, simmered baked beans with bacon, tossed salad, JC's green bean and corn salad, green-rice, macaroni salad, veggie plate with broccoli, carrots, cucumber, cauliflower, peppers, zucchini and the best veggie dip in the WORLD!)

Of course, we won't be stranded on the water without dessert - so I'm bringing at least two - Fudge brownies, with pecans and a thick fudge icing, and pineapple upside down cake Aint' nuthin' better'n "Boat cookin'" - (especially during a full moon!)

YEP, now takes me all day to do what I use to do in 2 hrs cleaning house! Have started leaving a batch of cleaning supplies upstairs so I don’t have to do stairs so many times.

Ortho doc trip on agenda for the day, shoulder/arm.

Durn old Arthur is rearing it’s ugly head (at least that is all I’m hoping it is). I’ve not been able to pick up my quilt hoop in a month! Disaster, I’m already 3 months behind from cataract surgery.
