I think I will have the Corn Fritters Grande, Johnn. It is something I never fix although my Mom sure did.
I love the view and hope I get to sit by that “odd window”....LOL! Thanks for breakfast, Johnn.

Will I Have To Tell?
February 11, 2011
Jim was sharing the gospel with Kerri. He told her she was separated from a holy God because of her sin, and that Jesus had died and risen for her salvation. She kept coming up with one reason not to believe: But if I do receive Him, I wont have to tell other people about it, will I? I dont want to do that. She said that didnt fit her personality; she didnt want to have to tell others about Jesus.
Jim explained that promising to witness about Jesus wasnt a requirement before receiving Him. But he also said that once she came to know the Lord, Kerri would become His ambassador to the world (2 Cor. 5:20).
After talking a little longer, Kerri acknowledged her need for salvation through Christ. She went home excited and at peace. Funny thing happenedwithin 24 hours she told three people about what God had done in her life.
Because we have been reconciled to God through Jesus, we now have the ministry of reconciliation, according to the apostle Paul (v.18). We are His ambassadors, and therefore we implore people on Christs behalf, be reconciled to God (v.20).
When were thankful, we want to share what God has done.
I love to tell the story,
For some have never heard
The message of salvation
From Gods own holy Word. Hankey

That pretty much sums it up, I’d say.
(setting aside any false modesty of course.)

A few years ago, I read a quote by Isaac Asimov,
“We are at our most self centered when we are depressed.”
Cause and effect in one. Self focus.
There is another quote I faintly recall, ‘a joy shared is doubled, a tragedy/hurt/ burden shared is halved.’ I agree.
For most of us life is good and ordinary. Neither peaks nor valleys, but fairly level expectations and results. Secure in the knowledge God is in control.
