It seems that for whatever reasons Free Republic has now become an "anti-birther" website, and dedicated itself to protecting those who shielded Obama by mocking and insulting the people who questioned his obviously fraudulent qualifications.

Since my thoughts are no longer in sympathy with those of the management of this website, I'll be finding a different Internet venue to post on in the future, where I am not censored in a manner I find unreasonable.

Thanks to all sharing your thoughts with me over the past several years. Whether you agreed or disagreed with me, it has always been stimulating and entertaining, and occasionally enlightening.

I have doubts about Zer0’s eligibility. I just don’t see that it gets us anywhere emphasizing the doubt when there are so many policy points that need to be fought here and now. It distracts from important work, but I hope sincerely that the issue gets him booted from office sooner rather than later. We just cannot count on it, and we cannot afford to put too much energy and public credibility into trying to make it happen . . . IMHO. You ought to hang around.
