as you know, the Korean war is not ended untill now, technically speaking. so there are things that people think not fair or odd in peace time. AA gun site on top of buildings downtown Seoul is one of them.

my expression, “so there are things that people think not fair or odd in peace time”, was about the construction budget of AA site on top of a building. the Army doesn’t spent any penny. the building owner pays it all.

I was stationed at Osan Air Base ROK ‘92-'93. Kinda blew me away when I rode around the wire and there were manned bunkers everywhere. I was young and new to the military and just never thought about it.

I think China (the real enemy) is not ready to take on the West the cost may be too high.With the current administration, how high could the cost be? They'd have to host The One on an apology tour!
