The Constitution uses the terms ‘citizen’ and ‘natural born citizen.’ In fact, both terms are used in the clause defining citizenship requirements for president: “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President....” On the other hand, Amendment 14 uses only the term ‘citizen.’
It is clear that the Founders used two different terms because they were referring to two different types of citizenship, with natural-born citizenship being of a higher quality of citizenship necessary to be eligible for the presidency. Amendment 14 defines only who is a citizen; it is mute on the topic of natural-born citizen.
Any court that tries to define natural-born citizen as citizen will be committing an act of war on the people of the United States. However, I regard the refusal of any court to take the case of Soetoro’s eligibilty as a legal blockade, which is also an act of war against the people of the United States.
Who will enforce our Constitution when the executive, legislative, and judicial branches are corruptly conspiring to wage war against us?

nah, jus some hyperbole by Kuhner; Dem party elders would jus arrange a resignation, a la NIXON model....and then past legislative stuff would be handled by courts, congress.
Obama will not be removed from office no matter what the "real" BC says. He was sworn in by the Chief Justice of the USSC. Once that happened, he's President for the full term unless impeached and convicted.
However, there MAY be a few states emerge in 2012 that pass laws requiring all Candidates to submit their BC to prove NBC before getting a place on the ballot.
States can determine the necessary criteria on their own and there's NOTHING the feds can do to stop them.
Chances are good whatever paperwork there is in Honolulu is anything but an original doc and has been altered to a great degree.

If the birth certificate isn’t being hidden because it makes him ineligible as a natural born citizen, then it has to be something embarrassing.
Since these days not having the father listed is not embarrassing and religion is typically not listed It makes me wonder if there was a question mark or a M/F listed as the sex. He could be a hermaphrodite. He definitely has a lot of feminine qualities (the pic of him hiding behind Michelle during the karate display at the white house comes to mind).
