I went thru PT for a long time just to find out how quickly chiropractics helped more. It took a while to straighten out my back but now I get injured and I’m back to work in days vs weeks.

They use the tens units at PT and Chiropractors, it eases the pain. Good luck to you.

The Owl, And The Wind

Oh, did you hear the wind last night
A-blowing right at you?
It sounded just as though it said,
"Oooo-ooo-oooo!"

The wind now has a playmate,
Just as most children do,
He sits up in a tree, and hoots,
"To-whoo, to-whit, to-whoo,"

So when you hear the owl and the wind
Just at the close of day,
They're calling to each other
To come out and play.

Adorable!! Reminds me of Barry’s cat. She loves the water from the sink faucet. I believe cats have this built into them. They are fascinated by running water, Barry’s cat tries to get into the shower with him every morning. We call her little crazy cat with love.

As my brother jokingly says, “I’m on the right side of the grass.” He’s a character! If my hip didn’t hurt I would be 100%! It only hurts when I’m on my feet too long or walk too much. I still try to say ‘it could be worse.’

C 4-7 are degenerated and have a lot of little pieces of debree in between the spaces. I’ve tried the chiropractor, and fall out of alignment before I can get to the desk to check out.

It worked 20 years ago, but I’ve progressed beyond the point that a chiropractor can help me.

I’ll give the torture PT a try for a couple of weeks, if it doesn’t aggravate the L-4-5 then I’ll complete the 6 week course. BUT if it does, I stop. I can’t endure more pain than I am in now.
