Yes. I don’t quite understand the “commuted to time served.” Aiken is innocent and should be declared such.
I don’t think the Jersey Gov. office has the power to overturn a conviction — this was the only option Christie had to get the guy out of prison. If you read about the case, the actual details were iffy, but he never should have been tried, and that judge was one of the ones Christie didn’t retain this year..;-))
