Is that breakfast lasagne? I did have that this AM.
Good Morning! So sorry to hear you are under the weather.... Take something so you can cheer by game time.... Please tell me how to find the Auburn announcers online - I get so *sick* of the commentary - Thank the Lord it isn't on ESPN!! They are the worst!
My Auburn son decided to stay home and watch the game with the family (yeah!!) - I think he missed too much sleep - - he kindly drove his sister around to her Black Friday shopping places this morning.
I'm trying to figure out things I can add to the left-overs to make it more of a game-like buffet .... Might have to make my hot pizza dip!
See you closer to Game Time - War Eagle!!!
Breakfast is a mushroom, ham, cheese and egg casserole.
Go to www.auburntigers.com and on the bottom right is a listing of upcoming events. Click on the loudspeaker next to the listing of the Iron Bowl. That will take you to the Auburn ISP network. It may be on a radio station near you and there is a listing, I think, on the Auburn Tigers page of available networks.
Me: I may be developing a fever.
Hubby: I don’t think you have a fever.
He bashes my forehead to feel if it is hot.
His eyes shoot straight up.
Hubby: My hand is cold!
That breakfast is good, too.
Ummm, eyes=eyebrows!
We’re hunting elephants today. We’ll use an EAGLE, a WAR EAGLE, to do it.
Thanks for the straight line.
And speaking of straight lines, at Dad’s yesterday, I bit into a roast beef appetizer. Unfortunately, Dad had rolled some blue cheese into it. I hate blue cheese. As I expressed surprise, Dad asked, “You don’t like blue cheese?”
I replied, “No, it tastes like I’m eating mold.”
Dad, in all seriousness, answered, “Blue cheese is mold.”
Silly Dad. I knew that. It isn’t funny if you have to explain it.
bump for a later read
We had a wonderful day too. We had everybody here; I didn’t have to cook a thing; hubby & Em took care of everything. I tidied up & set the table & did clean up. I much prefer that role.:-)
p.s. I should do love having Ev around. This morning he helped me re-arrange the living room in anticipation of getting the tree next weekend. Now that we have a crib in the LR I had to get pretty creative re: making things fit but I think we did a great job and it’s going to look really nice.:)
I’m still full...but the party stuff looks good
as is: WAR TURKEY!!
LOLOL.......
Extra busy today, and tomorrow, so scarce here..
Safe travels & happy shopping to everyone...
Delicious Leftover Greetings, too.....
Wow! It's chilly here.
War Chicken!!!
