Customer began fight over 7 cents and was beaten to death by store owner with a crowbar
Two convenience store employees have been arrested and charged with murder after they allegedly beat a customer to death with a crowbar over seven cents.
Ragheb Sulaiman, 24, and his younger brother, 19-year-old Nabil Sulaiman are being held in Miami-Dade County jail after they attacked Akil Larue Oliver after an argument turned violent Thursday night.
The incident happened at the Quick Stop Food Store located at 9720 SW 168th St.
Around 5:45 p.m., Oliver, 34, got into a shouting match with several store employees. At one point, witness claimed the angry customer began shouting racial slurs at the Sulaimans.
Akil Larue Oliver "The victim made many insulting statements including calling the clerk a 'f----- Arab,'" a police report stated. An off-duty police officer escorted Oliver out of the store, but the angry man came back and began insulting the store owners again. That's when he was hit with a bottle over the head by Nabil Sulaiman.
Ragheb Sulaiman eventually joined the attack and clocked Oliver over the head with a crow bar, which proved to be a death blow.
Police believe Oliver was upset because he felt he was short changed seven cents.
Nabil Sulaiman is charged with aggravated battery and his older brother is charged with second-degree murder.
Police will believe anything won't they? ~snort
That's what you call a deflationary environment. It used to be you couldn't get beaten to death for less than a dollar.

So, you think it was ok for them to kill this guy regardless if 7 cents was involved or not? Who cares why they killed him, it wasn't in self defense and they simply could have called the cops again and had him arrested. So, shove that snort up your a**.
The owner did try to iron out his differences with the customer.

I wonder when that civil rights organization known as CAIR will come to the defense of these two obviously arrested because they were muslies..

Haven’t seen him since. I think they changed ownership. I wasn’t so upset that I was shortchanged, as I was with his attitude when I told him ... I have no idea if it was on purpose, but the thought crossed my mind ...
We have a convenience store ran by Sieks(spelling, I know it is wrong)? and they are always right on the money with change and friendly also. When they first started up some people thought they were muslims but I told as many people as possible(small town)that they were not muzzies and everyone likes them now. The women do NOT were burkas or veils.
