No, illegals should not work here illegally with fraudulent documents, especially those stolen from others. An illegal once stole my billfold and ID, using it to secure employment in Arizona, and then using it to get credit he never paid off.

That goes with the caveat that anyone who enters this country illegally should never be allowed to have US citizenship.

But, me being me, I would would hope to have a Congress that would work with me on making life tougher on those who hire illegals. That would include making it more difficult to hire illegals. It’s the option very few people want to deal with, but the one that brings a dramatic and immediate results. I would work with Congress to pass a law that would bar all illegals from receiving any kind of federal or state assistance, including food stamps, education, housing, job assistance, and anything but genuine emergency, medical assistance. I would work with Congress to create harsh federal penalties for illegals who further break our laws, like drunk driving, rape, theft, murder, drug dealing, all the usual things that fill our prisons with illegals. I would also bill the home countries for the expense of incarcerating their citizens. I would also ask for a law that would allow the US to apply the same standards towards illegals here as their home countries apply towards illegal immigrants and Americans in general. That would shut Mexico up. ...There is so much more, but nothing is going to happen until the American people and our worthless politicians wake up from our long PC, multicultural fantasy. Enjoy.

What non-existent papers would be processed?
Jail time and heavy fines for anyone employing illegals.
No government benefits AT ALL, including any health care or education for illegals or their families. No government paperwork at all, including car registrations, state IDs, etc. They should not exist as far as the government is providing services.
No ability to do any kind of financial transactions for illegals, no bank accounts, loans, credit cards, etc. No ability to open utilities accounts. Anyone providing those receives heavy fines.
Repeal/redefine the 14th Amendment to revoke automatic birthright citizenship.
Build a wall along the border, similar to what Israel has.
Make charities vet those individuals receiving aid, so they aren't handing out assistance to those in the country illegally. Fine or shut down those who don't.
If you make the climate here so they cannot prosper, they will leave. The argument that we cannot deport 12 million people is specious. We won't have to. Make it uncomfortable enough, and they'll deport themselves.
