Lol, laughing at your advice! What a beautiful graphic too, Billie is so talented.

I love watching the seagulls at the beach but they can be true pests if eating seafood outside. Signs say, ‘Do not feed the Seagulls!”, lol.

Potlatch, a few years ago, I went to the Jersey Shores and met my brother there.

He was furious that I was feeding the seagulls. He yelled at me, “They are flying rats!”

I told him, “I’m from Arizona! We have no ‘flying rats’ there! Only wild pigs, (javelina), coyotes, mountain lions, deer and bears. Let me enjoy your ‘flying rats”.

He didn’t appreciate my feeding them pieces of chips. He was furious. (And, I loved it!)

Lol, I'm like you and I enjoy them. I spent my ‘teens’ in Galveston so the Seagulls stay with me. They are a pain at the outdoor restaurants for sure, but they also keep the beach cleaned up of left over food crumbs, so they serve a purpose.

Always good to ‘see’ you yorkie and hope you are feeling good now.

Hi potlatch...so good to see you! Yes, the best FRiends are here for sure! I’ve had so much to do lately that I’m just kinda hit and miss. I do the best I can. November has turned out to be a busy month for me, not even counting Thanksgiving. LOL!

Ugh for sure, I missed that bit of news! I never watch him but it would be interesting to see how he acts Tuesday night! Thanks for getting me up on the news jaycee! Lol.

I agree, busy this month with Thanksgiving and much busier next month with Christmas. I think all of us will be ‘in and out’!

He is a mean nasty person. Meg says he is the highest rating on their night time line-up, but thats not saying much. I heard they were rated 27 in the nightly ratings, even behind the Food Network and some other I can’t think of....LOL!

I truly think Republicans shouldn’t go on any of their shows between 6 and 11 at night. They treat the Republicans terrible, interrupting, etc. When a Democrat is talking, the hosts never interrupt but when its the Republicans time, they interrupt constantly and talk so hateful to them.

Don’t get me wrong.....I barely watch. I watch about 2 minutes and thats all I can take. Chris Matthews is a dog. I would like to call them what they really are but I will be a lady. LOL!

Now that is just plain scary, sort of thing to give a grown man nightmares, and think some seriously poor man is married to the larger of the two disasters!

I too have osteopenia...but they only re-test every 2 yrs. I had my first one about 10 yrs ago.

I take Fosamax weekly. It has improved over the years tho and I do the calcium w/D and the D3 supplements. Have never broken a bone...knock on wood!
