My husband defriended one of his high school friends because he got tired of the pro-Obama spewing by this person. I don’t think her feelings were hurt too much. :-)

I rarely use FB but I essentially defriended out of state relatives who I found out were Democrats. I was shocked - they appear to be somewhat intelligent. Who knew?

I just ignore them.

Agree, badge of honor. I beat them to the punch by deleting ALL of my former school mates from the sixties — apparently they have all become leftists over time but then, we WERE in CA back in the day so I guess they could not resist the leftist teachings even so long ago. Somehow I came out of it unscathed and ‘on the right.’

I hear that a few of the UNfriended ones are a little miffed, but too bad — they are not now nor were they ever really FRIENDS, but classmates. I have taken on more FB like-minded ‘friends’ now and enjoy daily comments with many about all the topics posted.

I'd be more concerned that your husband has high school females for his friends ;-)
