First phase:
1) Eliminate all departments and agencies that were not in existence in 1960.
2) Set budgets for the remaining departments and agencies to 1980 levels.
3) Keep current tax rates on all entities except eliminate all corporate income taxes and capital gains taxes.
4) Enforce immigration laws.
Repeal Obamacare. Every day. Make Obama veto it. Every day.

Cut spending to 6% of GDP plus the Military.
Of all of these, I think the third bullet, slashing the government, is the most important. That will lead to stimulating the economy, balancing the budget, tax reforms, and if they privatize things like even a border security contract, take care of illegal immigration too.
Another way is to investigate him and have him declared him ineligible to serve as President!
That will turn all his accomplishments NULL and VOID! Obamacare and others will cease to exist!

Impeach Obama, & Pelosi (what did she know and when did she know it) and repeal Obamacare, fire judges and Supremes, and do an independent investigation into the Department of Justice. Put Barney Frank, Maxine Waters, and lots more in jail where they belong.

MAKE ENGLISH THE OFFICIAL OF AMERICA, AND ENACT LAWS THAT WILL ENSURE IMMIGRANTS LEARN ENGLISH SO THEY CAN OBEY OUR LAWS, ESPECIALLY OUR TRAFFIC LAWS.
Weed out and dismiss, wherever possible, the radical Leftists in government who would turn the U.S. into Cuba.
