Our health insurance costs around $900 @ month. But we still have a sizeable yearly deductible which we very rarely reach. When we’re out of the country, we NEVER reach it. The $900 per month goes straight to the insurance company. When I fractured my skull and vertebrae, the cost for treatment, pain meds and x-rays came to LESS than $100. I would do better if the money was put in an escrow account and we used it ourselves for our medical care and not had insurance at all.

One problem solved. I found my car keys. I left them in the car overnight. Through the years, I think I have locked keys in my car twice since I've been driving. Then again, if I can't remember where I put the keys yesterday how could I remember how many times I have left them in a car since I've been driving?
