I do most of my own car repairs ... but that sounds complicated enough that I’d send it to a mechanic and let them figure it out.

we have bled all the lines necessary and she still wont shift.

Maybe it's the same problem that is causing your Shift key not to work.

Sounds like a bieber malfunction to me. Have you tried stuning it? It could possibly be series and hugh.

Did you prime the slave cylinder before installation? Doesn’t sound like it..

Is this a manual? The clutch cable could be broken? I had that happen on one 20 + years ago. The clutch pedal went to the floor.

1. Welcome to Free Republic

2. Ford Exploders from that time period are known for having tranny problems.

3. Check to make sure that your muffler bearings are well lubricated. If they are not, that could be causing your problems.

Maybe your clutch is working fine, and your transmission is destroyed and in perpetual neutral.
