Thanks to all for all the advice!
I did purchase the Knudsen black cherry juice.
I don’t know what to make of Dick Morris...but I need all the cheerful news I can get right now....
To: MustKnowHistory
I had an uncle who ate cherries when he had a gout erruption. Swore they helped.

Off the top of my head, I’m thinking that minimizing purines in the diet is recommended for gout. IIRC, mushrooms are high in purines, perhaps red meat. I’m sure it’s on the internet somewhere.
And for all the cheery cherry advice (I’m not knocking it) untreated gout isn’t good. A visit to your kindly doctor may be the smartest thing for your hubby to do.

When I try to find the words for this regime, I find myself using words that I did not know I knew.
And, similarly, I find myself thinking thoughts that I didn't know I could think. :((

Got stuck about an hour after I last posted this am. THREE tries. Arm one...nope....arm two.....nope....finally back of hand. She said she hoped her day wasn’t going to be that bad all day.

Taking a day off tomorrow. Need one day that I can lay back and rest. Saturday, I will be performing my precinct leader duties and attending the Arapahoe County Central Committee meeting to meet and pick up my literature for the drops I will have to make the next few weeks in my precinct. After that I will be going to the giant
Tanner Gun Show for the afternoon.

Well, one arm does have a bruise. Good point! Taking the day off today since tomorrow is essentially a workday of sorts.

I'm still lining up the candidates I'm going to send stimulus $ from that I made working overtime on the program the muslim tried to cancel, but thankfully is still thriving.
I'm looking for the disgusting name of the arrogant fossil in the House that some months ago, at a town hall, 'acted stupidly' and said "The federal government can do pretty much whatever it wants to" to a resounding chorus of 'hisses' and 'boos!'. What was even more notable to me was as I remember, he arrogantly smirked and sort of nodded his head as the booing was going on. Do you remember who this jacka$$ was? I think he was from CA.

Didn't sleep in, but a Guennie-class nap is on the way.
BTW, I saw on 2 different occasions, a muslim woman in a full burka this week during my commute. I usually see one or 2 of these a year, let alone 2 in a week.

I’ve heard that, too. How dare some country hicks (in
Alaska and Delaware) sideline someone who has given their whole career in selfless service to this country!
