This is great news! I have been drinking at least two glasses of milk per day for the past 60 years and I’m at a healthy weight and in great shape.
I'm not left & love big pharma , but they do have agents of influence that play dirty.
With my lactose intolerance I think I would surely loose a few pounds if I drank milk daily.
Is explosive diarrhea a good weight loss strategy?
Urinate up a rope.
Paging Dale Reed. Mr. Dale Reed you’re needed at the white courtesy phone.
I think he’d rather have a V8.
Ha!
That man drinks a LOT of milk. 5-6 gallons a week if I recall from his posts.
I don't know what these things are, but they aren't milk.
i’ve never had a problem losing weight, I have a problem keeping it on and I drink at least 5 gallons of whole milk a week and always have.
I wouldn’t drink no fat or low fat milk if you put a gun to my head, it’s pure crap!!!!
I’ll stick with my 5 or more gallons of whole milk a week!!!!

by whole milk, do you mean the stuff packaged and sold in the store or milk directly from the dairy farm?
There is a great difference...
Amen brother!
Most people think I'm peculiar because I drink lots of milk (and half & half in copious quantities too!) No problem with weight here, I'm a neat hundred pounds.
From the grocery store, pasturized and homoginized!
I had plenty of the other durring WW2 and before!
“Robbins pointed out a few of those primitive, turd-world cultures that eat mostly vegetarian diets with no calcium-rich foods who seemingly never have to worry about osteoporosis.”
Maybe because they don’t live past 40.
Thanks greatly for this one! I suspect it is more than just calcium and vitamin D. Epidemiologists have shown that the more milk fat in the diet (i.e., whole vs skim) the greater the longevity and the lower the heart attacks. Most of the best nutrients and vitamins are all fat soluble.
without the sugar...
Milk of amnesia.
