Thanks greatly for this one! I suspect it is more than just calcium and vitamin D. Epidemiologists have shown that the more milk fat in the diet (i.e., whole vs skim) the greater the longevity and the lower the heart attacks. Most of the best nutrients and vitamins are all fat soluble.

Fat soluble, hmmm, so can I trade out the 5 gallons of whole milk w/5 gallons of ice cream?
