Is the warfare between the Israelis and the local Arabs just an ethnic grudge? I think not.

There is just too much evidence that something else, something bigger, is going on.

Islam is at war everywhere it exists. If there are non-muslims within reach, they'll war with them. If there aren't any handy, then they will slaughter one another.

The only peace in the middle east is the peace that exists within Israel's borders, and that is under attack each and every day.

If you “have a bone to pick with Beck”; why don’t you email him and tell him what your gripe is or call his radio show.

If you need a web address or phone number, use google.

It can't be an ethnic thing. You take a Yemeni Jew and stand him next to a Yemeni Arab and you will not find one iota of difference.

Granted, the Ashkenazim do stick out, but as far as the Mizrachi Jews, you can't tell them apart from Arabs.

In fact, the Arabs frequently take advantage of this for infiltration purposes.

Biblically, they all come from the same father.

I suggest you do your own research, and pimp your blog somewhere else.

This blog by Joe Blough goes all over the map with enough trivialities to sink a ship. As try as I could, I never could figure out just what this bone Blough had to pick. He failed in my mind to keep his focus on the bone.

Seems to me I read this at David Horowitz’s one week ago. I see that you’re the same author, so welcome to Free Republic! It can be rather tough when you post your own columns, even when the columns are meritorious.

I think Beck just like O’Reilly are doing more of a service to their wallets that anything else, they’ve become to much in love with themselves. With so many important things going on in the world that they could report on, they spend way to much time patting each other on the back

The roots of the Israeli/Jewish and Arab/Muslim go way back to Abraham-Sarha and Abraham-Hagar. Mohammed of Hagar really started the fuss with the acts/teachings of the Koran. He couldn’t deal with Jesus otherwise.

To be fighting over something for 1500 years is quite a long time as well, especially by American standards (about three times as long as it's been since Columbus arrived here).

I suspect the truth is somewhere between your view and the one you criticize. When something new comes in to the world it usually builds on what was already there.
