Of course, I don’t look at very many photos of him. It almost reminds me of someone who’s guilty, sneaking a peek to see if he’s found out yet or not.

I didn’t know that about Malia... but one of the first things my parents and I wondered about (in 2008), was why the Bolshevik-style name for the younger one.

Yes, I see that picture them eating ice cream together. I have seen many pictures of them eating ice cream together. Doesn’t everyone find this very strange? Does that not count as food if during Ramadan in the daytime you eat ice cream but never go to a restaurant for a sitdown meal? I have kids — I never fed them so much ice cream in my life as he seems to feed his. I thought the Obama family was worried about obesity? They don’t seem to be worrying about it in this photo.

And by the way I have another question that I have been asking since 2008 — why do both of his children have Russian names?

And please don’t tell me that Malia is a Hawaiian name — when I first googled it in 2008, I found 10 pages of responses all telling me that it was a Russian name.

Now, when I google it in 2010, I can’t find a single hit telling me that it is a Russian name but, and oh what a miracle it is, it has now become a Hawaiian name. Isn’t that lucky? Isn’t that fortunate? I am still looking for a Russian to ask...

Malia also means “queen” in the east African language of Swahili which is spoken in parts of Kenya.

Sasha is a female and male given name. It originated in countries of Central, Eastern and Southern Europe as a diminutive of Alexander and Alexandra. It is also found as a surname, although this is very rare. Alternative spellings include: Saša (Slovenian, Serbian, Croatian, Czech, Slovak, Lithuanian), Sasza (Polish), Sashko (Ukrainian), Sascha (German), Sasja (Dutch), and Sacha (French).

This name is especially common in Europe where it is used primarily by males as a diminutive of Alexander, although females may also use it as a diminutive of Alexandra. Despite its popularity in informal usage, the name is rarely recorded on birth certificates in countries such as Russia, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Poland, and Slovakia, as it is considered a diminutive and not a formal name. Exceptions are Serbia and Croatia.

In Germany, the civil registry offices allow the inscription of Sascha in birth certificates as a formal name but only for boys.

In other countries, it is given predominantly to females. In the United States the name is almost exclusively used for girls, at number 369 in the ranking of U.S. baby names, although it didn’t gain popularity until the 1970s.

In the early period of Zionism, the name was common among male Jews in Ottoman- and British-ruled Palestine, reflecting the East European origin of many pioneers. It became less common in 1950s and 1960s Israel, but revived with the new waves of immigration from the Soviet Union in the 1970s and the larger wave of the 1990s.

And his two or three Pakistani roommates? Wasn’t that also extremely weird?

Who goes to college, and only rooms with Pakistanis? How did he get them?

Did the college assign them to him, did he request them?

Everything we find out about this man just gets stranger and stranger.

My next vanity post will be about Dr. John Drew, PhD, who knew him very well at Occidental College, has a “committed Marxist, and gay”.

Wow, you really have done a lot of work on the name Sasha.

Still, when I hear it, and most all other Americans also, they instantly think of a Russian name.

Why did he give a Russian name to his daughter? I am not the only one to ask that question.

Have you ever met an African-American who has given Russian names to his daughter — except for the ones who are radical communists and, like others in the Bill Ayers groups, such as the student for a Democratic Society and other bomb throwing radicals, who have on occasion named their children after Fidel Castro or Che Guevera ...

Maybe he just wanted to honor one of his KGB handlers?

Just kidding.

Or maybe not...

The name Malia is of Spanish origin and means “bitter”. It also means “calm peaceful or probaby, perhaps, or bitter” in Hawaiian... and “queen” in Swahili.

Interesting. Because the above quote is from the exact same baby site that I looked at two years ago, and at that time it tried to say that the name Malia meant “bitter” in Hawaiian, which I remember very very well, because it was such a strange thing to say.

And at that time, I can guarantee you, that there was no mention of the meaning of the word in Swahili —this has been added since I looked.

Since I wasn’t so conspiracy minded then, I didn’t try to save the site in any way — therefore, you’ll have to take my word for it. I notice that in Google, this same site keeps popping up over and over again as the number one result — very strange, that. Could it be that Google is promoting something or trying to tell us something or correcting our terrible misinterpretations of the Presidents daughter’s name?

And you may notice that the Swahili interpretation has been added on to the end of the first description “almost as an afterthought”. It seems clear to me that it was added later but that is only because I have seen this site several times, as it always comes up as the first result in any Google search.

Hmmmmmm hmmmmmmmm hmmmmmmm.

You can see the indentation where the ring normally is, in that picture.
But no ring!

You said it very well — a very Bolshevik sounding name.

It instantly struck me as being very very weird and strange — a popular American politician with a Bolshevik name for his child.

I really think it was then that I started to look into his background using the Internet for research and I was stunned at what I found.

Long, long after that I also found the following amazing information from someone who was with him and talk to him extensively while he was at Occidental College —

For some reason almost none of this information has ever gotten out on the Internet.

But here it is, for what it is worth. By the way I have heard the guy talk and seeing him talk via the Internet and he seems very sincere and convincing to me. He seems like a natural normal person who is trying to tell us amazing information, that almost no one seems interested in. Every time I post something about Dr. John Drew I get many e-mails expressing amazement.

Drew says that Obama was in complete 100% agreement with his Marxist college professors who wanted a revolution in this country to overturn the power structure. He was consumed with the notion of wealth redistribution & more affirmative action programs to bring about less inequality and more income equality.

He had kind things to say about the Soviet Union (like Alice Palmer his mentor) S.U. was a better model than the USA !!!

He and Chandoo drove around together in a BMW. They looked like a wealthy gay couple. Looked like “multi-millionaires”. Chandoo went to the Ramadan dinner at the WH last year but “doesn’t remember meeting Obama” until a photo of them shaking hands was produced.

* Frank Marshall Davis
* Flag-stomping Bill Ayers
* Alice Palmer (Barry was chief of staff to this Chicago Communist)

“Call me Barry ...”

“My most vivid memory was in how insistent he was in arguing a Marxist-Leninist point of view.”

He insisted a real revolution was coming ... and then Marxist-Leninists would be on top !!!”

“He definitely saw America as the enemy”.

I am a first-generation American from one of those Eastern European countries in your list. “Sasa” is by no means a name used there, unless by a Russian imposter pretending to be from one of those countries. And I still have never heard it used there, even by the imposters.

For me personally, the name always was and always will be associated with Bolshevism.

Ramadan is a lunar holiday, not solar. 9/9/09 does not correspond, 9/19/09 does.

This is extremely horrific to me, especially since I have family members who were murdered in the Siberian concentration camps the last time through this Communist bulls###.

And to think there are still leftists singing his praises, making excuses for him, not realizing he was created out of the blue.

My brother-in-law went to the same high school in Honolulu as BO supposedly did. Where BO was a big hotshot basketball player. Why are there no photos of BO in the yearbook, and why haven’t more yearbooks surfaced??

Tell us more.

Was Barack Hussein Obama in the various yearbooks from the high school? Was his picture there of a year? It seems impossible to think that someone could attend a high school and not be well-known, not have many girlfriends that he dated, not go to the prom, not have dozens of photos in the yearbooks — my sons all have high school yearbooks and generally each year I see about four or five photographs of each boy in that year’s yearbook. To be the normal thing I would think.

Could you tell us more from what your brother in law saw and experienced? Did he attend at the same time as Obama? Or much later? Don’t they have all the yearbooks in the library at the school ?

Many more questions come to mind, but I will stop there for now. Please tell us more.

I’m going to have to grill him the next time I see him. He’s younger than Hussein by a few years but they were there at the same time (supposedly). This is that Punahou school — I think it went K-12? I’m not sure if all grades got a yearbook, but my BIL has one yearbook that *should* have had BO in it (maybe BO was a senior that year), and playing basketball (yeah, right...).

My BIL isn’t the only one...

I don't know what he is other than rotten to the core. He is whatever he says he isn't, until he plays his card to do the most damage to our God inspired nation.

This is like the book of Job on a national level. The protection has been lifted and we are suffering horribly. Obama is just one of the poxes.

Sasha looks mad.

You know, no one has mentioned that I have seen, but I thought it was mean to leave one kid at camp and take the other on a luxury trip to Spain. Wonder if it was some twisted sort of discipline?
