O Lord forgive us our mundane attitude regarding our routines. How can we fail to realize the gift of a new day? A blessing beyond price. Forgive our casual off hand way of receiving this blessing, LORD. Turn to God in sincerity and truth, and ask Him to touch our heart and awake in us the mind, body, soul, and spirit. Thank Him, cast our ways before Him and ask for mercy and forgiveness. To be zombies about the day, is be out of touch with the LORD. <>P “This is the day the LORD has made ... Let us rejoice and be glad in it” Psalm 118 -

Praise the LORD!

Seeing God’s hand. It is present. How can the people of new York City at ground zero support the building of an Islamic Moaque by people whose faith tells thm to lie and make treaties, and smile all the while having hate and death in their heart? Over and over man goes his own way. Follows his own will, resulting in death and often periods of extreme hardship or subjection to the enemy. Worldliness is coming into our minds, our homes, our schools, our churches, ... daily. Making the profane, okay, tolerated and even supported. God is not pleased and the evil consequences do follow.

Our children have been taught by Television, movies, revisionist history, the daily twisted news reports, socialist thought, political correctness, and accepting the profane and endorsing evil. We all have ceded ground, bit by bit until we are far from God and His way. MO

Gods help us in our day,in Jesus name, amen.

Good Morning, FRiends.

If it's not FR, it's Fotki; if it's not Fotki, it's Photobucket.
LOL

I tried four times to get today's Opening Graphic to open from the Photobucket account with no luck.
I finally decided to use the smaller version from Fotki and try to increase the size in the post.
Hope it looks okay.

Wishing everyone a Restful Monday.

Happy Monday, MamaBear.
Happy Labor Day.

Thank you for today's Opening Graphic.
I'm not sure how long I've had it;
I found it in my PaintShopPro while looking for something else.
When I found it, I decided to save it for today.
I think it is perfect for Labor Day.

Thank you again for this wonderful graphic.

Have a relaxing day.

Perfect opening for today, Amy and Lori!
It looks like the lady is sewing pages to a book....
My mother used an old Singer Sweing Machine her whole life.
It looked just like that one.

Happy Labor Day, Tiapam.
Thank you for that sweet graphic.

I will be gone a lot again today.
My brother that lives in Idaho is bringing his friend to meet the family.
I am trying to plan a family reunion.
We haven't had one for 10 or 12 years.
My sister and two of my nieces will be helping with food.
I'm expecting 30 - 35 people.
Guess that I don't have enough to do. :)
I told you that I'm crazy. LOL

Wishing you a relaxing Monday.

Have a wonderful Labor Day Monday, everyone!

THE DEW-LIGHT

THE Dew-man comes over the mountains wide,
Over the deserts of sand,
With his bag of clear drops
And his brush of feathers.
He scatters brightness.
The white bunnies beg him for dew.
He sprinkles their fur,
They shake themselves.
All the time he is singing
The unknown world is beautiful!
He polishes flowers,
Humming “Oh, beautiful!”
He sings in the soft light
That grows out of the dew,
Out of the misty dew-light that leans over him
He makes his song . . .
It is beautiful, the unknown world!

Such a sweet opening, Amy and Lori!

Reminds me so of my precious mother. She sewed into the night many times making my evening dresses and other dresses. I didn’t get her sewing talents at all. Thanks, gals!
