“If I help ya serve,
can I have some of that chili, Johnn?”
Of course! Having all the fun of cooking and the help of a beautiful woman in the kitchen, what could be better! And we get to sample the Double Chocolate cake FIRST!
“Minnesota just wont do. (sigh).”
Oh well, another reason to move to Arizona, once I find a job to make the money to move on!
Ya got a DEAL, Johnn. (As long as you bring the promised chocolate double-dipped strawberries!)
The more Patriots in Arizona, to stand with the citizens, the Better.
Give your tree plenty of water.
Arizona - the state that elected Janet Napolitano as Governor. The state that has voted in John McCain as Senator for 28 years. The state that our Administration (POTUS) is suing in court for trying to halt the influx of the parasitic illegals. The state that is being threatened by illegal aliens, that murder, rape, molest, steal from, spread disease, and eat up our tax dollars.
I love Arizona - they way it was - the way it should be today - not the way this administration WANTS it to be.
(BTW, Obummer - we are one of 50 states, here in AZ. Not one of 57.)
Arizona...God Bless You!
Good one, TiaPam. Here is one that has nine and a half million views - by “Thomas Paine” (We The People Stimulus Package):

Unbelievable !!!
What is ‘unbelievable’, is what is happening to our Country. Every single day - it’s something else. He is whittling away at our Constitution!
Can hardly wait till tomorrow!!
“Give your tree plenty of water.”
I’ve used a small plastic container with a tight lid, drill a small hole (1/16” or so in bottom, and a 1/32” hole in top.
Bury next to mango tree, and leave only the lid exposed, (paint an inconspicuous color.)
fill with water and snap on lid, it drains under ground slowly and waters plant with little evaporation.
A string run through bottom hole and buried under the container will slow the drain rate even more.
Great way to water plants at night and have little if any evaporation. For those plants that need them, liquid Fertilizers and plant food can be added to the water as well, (as needed) and the pets stay out of it.
Now THAT is smart.
My First mango Tree was a gift from the gummint (Broward County) when my entire property was devastated in the GREAT HURRICANE SEASON of 2005 (Katrina, Rita, Ivan, and The Eeevil Wilma). It is now over 30 ft tall and produces gorgeous fruit. All my other trees are from seeds from the fruit of that tree. The season is over now, but Freepmail me next Spring!
Its not that pastors are perfect. If that is what we are looking for, then pastorless churches would be the norm. Its that God calls on us to honor those who lead us spiritually, particularly those who labor in preaching and teaching (1 Tim. 5:17 ESV). In my opinion, pastoring is one of the hardest occupations on the planet. We live in a sophisticated, fast-paced, and complex world, and our expectations for high-performance pastors often set the bar at unattainable heights.
So, lets switch the focus and become high-performance church members who honor our pastors with words of encouragement and prayer. A supportive note or a thank you in the foyer will go a long way to stimulate pastors to serve with joy and efficiency.
You and me both!
:)
Happy Caturday, Everyone.
I visited FriendAnn yesterday. I told her that she had many Freeper Friends praying for her. She was surprised but so very pleased.
It seems that the problems she has been experiencing for the past three or four years with post polio syndrone has been Parkinson’s Disease. Parkinson’s was not identified until 2 weeks ago.
She is unable to walk and is in a wheelchair. They are giving her therapy in hopes of her being able to walk again with a walker. If she can manage with a walker, she will be allowed to go home with someone coming in daily to check on her.
Since Marissa was out of school yesterday, she went with me. All of the people at the center really enjoyed having Marissa visit and talk to them.
Thank you again for your prayers. She and I appreciate them.
Good morning, Mayor. Thank you for sharing again this morning.
I’ve been enjoying the primary drama. I will be keeping my fingers crossed for Carl. Would love for him to drive the MSM crazy.
Good luck.
Happy Saturday, Gail.
Was so happy to hear that the surgery went well and that you are able to get online.
Wishing you a happy weekend and a beautiful week.
Happy Caturday, Johnn.
I’m so glad to hear that you are feeling better. I was not aware that you have been under the weather.
We’ve all missed your wonderful meals.
Take care of yourself and get well soon.
