Jack County is considered "north" - the county seat is Jacksboro. The Hill Country is 'sorta' central - around Austin, Georgetown, "LBJ" country, Fredericksburg. Horseshoe Bay Resort is on Lake LBJ.

I know what you mean being without glasses! That happened to me too! I have macular pucker in my left eye(which is basically double vision.) So wothout my glasses, I had to close my left eye for weeks, while being on the computer and watching T.V. Finally got my glasses on Friday and it’s wonderful! I see more wrinkles than I knew I had! LOL! Good luck to you Gail! Hope you’ll be able to see to type to us!

You and I were 10 seconds apart on the doggie songs....LOL! I’m going to try some soft scrambled eggs and toast for my dinner. Had chicken noodle soup for lunch! Trying to be kind to my stomach!

I just saw on the news that the Mayor's candidate Carl Paladino is way ahead in New York. I forget what percentage is in but they can't yet call it!!!
