Oh My Gosh! I’m not sure I’d like to be that bus driver; however, they do look very well-behaved! If it’s not photoshopped, I wonder how long it took for the photographer to set them up to get that picture! Love it, and the ‘poem’!

Yes, they are a powerful breed, and for that reason I am even more protective and watchful, both for him and for others. It's not as much a matter of trust as it is common sense - no child should ever be left alone with ANY dog - even a toy poodle could seriously hurt a small child if they were provoked enough. It's instinct.

I don't blame you for being fearful of 'those kinds' of dogs after a serious injury by one of them like you had as a child though!

We've had several different breeds for pets, from a Doberman to a Toy Poodle, 3 Chows, a Mixed Breed (Boston Terrier & Heeler), and the PitBull, and not one has been as UINBELIEVABLY sweet and gentle-hearted as this Pit. But that is not to say I'd ever leave him alone with a child!

For your tragic experience as a child!

Hubby is taking me. I had the first one done in 97, it was small, but thick and sat in the center of my field of vision. This one is not large, but I’m seeing the edge of it and they can’t correct my vision without removing it just like with the first one.

The BIG problem is being with out eye glasses for 6-8 weeks maybe longer during the healing process. I’m one of those people who are blurred at all distances. I’ve several old pair I’m hoping will work temporarily.
