I think non-Muslims should take turns singing a song of worship. A Christian hymn one time, a Jewish cantorial song, a Buddhist chant, etc., cycling through the day.
Better yet, "America the Beautiful," "God Bless America," "The Star Spangled Banner," etc., sung by whatever crowd has gathered for the occasion. The idea is to completely drown out the Adhan. Yes, now that I think about it, this is not about religion. It's about national and cultural conquest. They have not vanquished us, and never will.
