Speaking at a press conference at the G20 Summit in Canada today, President Obama lectured everyone about how we need to learn that he does what he says he will do. As part of that, he said he was “calling” the “bluff” of those pushing for deficit reduction. He said he hopes they will “step up” next year when he “presents very difficult choices to the Country.” He did not say what “choices” he is talking about.

Obama will never be impeached so long as the Dems have power. I'm not sure he will if the Republicans regain power in November. They seem to lack two bits of anatomy.

I’ll tell you what the choices are: He will want to raise our taxes through the roof and then scream that we don’t really want deficit reduction simply because we don’t want to be taxed out of existence. Cutting spending(except for defense)won’t be an option.
If we have subpoena power in 2011, we will also have the power to fail to fund Obama's agenda (although probably not to repeal it).
So, Mr. President. You can sign these bills, even though we don't have two-thirds of both houses. Or you can subsist on book royalties and buy your own plane tickets, there being no kerosene for Air Force One.

Two small bits...but a sitting President CAN be impeached for offenses prior to taking office...there has GOT to be something back there...the conspiracy (and yes, it really is a conspiracy) to conceal his entire past tells us that.
You just nailed it. There is one other part of spending that won't stop. Obama jetting around the world on our dime not to mention lavish partys.
