Tonight is the premier of this seasons "Whale Wars" where a fat guy takes a crew of volunteers thousands of miles into dangerous waters to make a big stink about the Japanese phony research whale killing.
And what does he ever accomplish? Nothing, oh wait a second, I guess he just prompted Australia to take their best trading partner, Japan, to international court over the matter...... but he's stll fat! (s/)
A few will come to his defense, most will berate me and commander Watson, but ridicule is nothing compared to the risks these brave individuals take for a just cause they believe in.
I will, instead, be watching South Park’s episode where they focus on whale wars.
It's a black comedy about a bunch of young people who fall under the influence of a maniac fraud of a ship captain, and sail an old freighter ship not rated for icy water into the Antarctic so they can feel good about something.
It's only a matter of time until it has a tragic outcome.
The only way I’d ever watch an episode of these clowns is if the idiot hippies got a one way pass to Davy Jones’ Locker. Even then I’d probably just catch the highlights on youtube.

Life’s tough—it’s even tougher if you’re stupid. Oh, how these idiots are going to find that out in a BIG way at some point. The ocean is a very unforgiving mistress, and they’re going out there completely unprepared to deal with a REAL crisis.

I think whales are magnificent animals that must be protected, but these people make me root for the Japanese.

I am against Japanese whaling. I’m also against piracy.
I believe in breaking the law for a just cause, but this ain’t exactly the Underground Railroad.
