Things are going well, here on the High Desert, but it shore is gettin’ hot! Today it will hit 109 in Phoenix - which means it will probably get to 99 up here. So - time to crank up the old AC!

Taking Marissa for a doctor appt. She still has a low grade fever. One tonsil is swollen. I let her go to Movie Night last night because tonsils are not contagious. :^)

Well, EXCUSE ME!!!!! I’m sooooooo happy for him???? Guess I should be, especially after seeing his home. Jealous? Yep! We should all be that lucky to live in such a home. Who, in the world , needs 7 bedrooms??? Maybe I could get a job as the housekeeper? NOT! ALOT of Merrymaid workers, that’s for sure.

Thank you, C.P., I wish him well too. He’s been unlucky so far. He is so deep into his work that I wonder if he forgets to stop and smell the flowers with his pardner. When he married Marta, I was so thrilled and do not know why it didn’t work.

And 12 bathrooms?? WOW! I would love to live on the ocean. They don’t have to worry about cleaning....maids will do it all. I pray this works out for them.
