Thirty years ago they were the heartthrobs of French television with their own prime time series on science fiction.
Now Igor and Grichka Bogdanoff look more like one of the alien life forms they used to report on.
The twin brothers have had so much plastic surgery they are barely recogniseable, proving that many male celebrities are also becoming obsessed with using cosmetic procedures to look good. Bogdanoff
Posing for pictures as the 150th anniversary party for luxury jeweller Chopard, the pair - now aged 60 - looked stranger than ever.
They are both understood to have a number of chin and cheek implants, as well as botox and fillers.
Their stretched faces echo the look of socialite Jocelyn Wildenstein, dubbed the 'bride of Wildenstein'.
The 63-year-old has earned the nickname her obsessive approach to surgery which has left her with incredibly strange features. Jocelyn Wildenstein
Obsessed: The Bogdanoff twins echo the case of Jocelyn Wildenstein, who has had at least seven facelifts
The ex-wife of late billionaire Alec Wildenstein has undergone at least seven face lifts and drastic eye reconstruction surgery and received collagen injections to her lips, cheeks and chin.
During her marriage to Alec, the socialite began to fear her husband was losing interest in her and, inspired by his love for cats, began altering her face to make her appear more feline.
The Bogdanoff brothers were hugely popular on French television during the 1980s.

Apparently men are not immune to overdoing the facelift thing. Yikes.
Holy Cow! Talk about ugly and weird.

I didn’t know Mickey Roake had siblings.

Alleged plastic surgeries:
rhinoplasty,
lip enlargement,
lip implants,
cheek implants,
breast implants
WTF!!!! They’ve got to have really distorted self-image in order to be able to morph that into something good looking when observing themselves in a mirror.
Do you have a before picture for comparison? They do look pretty bad now. “Look away, I’m hideous”.
Thanks. They looked fairly normal for French guys.
Their chins just seem to get longer and longer, that’s the defect. Otherwise, minus that, it’s not that bad. Why would anyone want to elongate their chins like that?
I have yet to figure that out. I remember Carol Burnett talking about her cosmetic surgery, basically a chin implant, since her chin was on the weak side. I thought she looked just fine before and somewhat over-chinned afterward. It must be like anorexics; they look in the mirror and see only what they consider a flaw. Even when the flaw is changed or removed, they still see it at its worst. Their perception appears to be based on delusion.
