The younger Maras have indeed tried to build the NYG brand a la the Dallas Cowboys, but I don't think they have made too many mistakes in terms of the operational (read: ballplaying) franchise itself so far. Like it or not, Big Blue is the Tri-State's primary representative to our REAL national pastime.

Getting back to LT: From those I've known who've worked with him (for promotions/ads) in the past, he is a genial, approachable, and charming man. Such are also the primary characteristics of predators. I think in this case he was on a power trip with the young lady, and got carried away. True -- the team has managed to keep a very capable management group together for the football operations. Jerry Reese has been one of the most underrated general managers in the NFL over the last few years.
