If you wanted to punch the U.S. right now, that would have been one effective as H^^^ way to do it, with many bad consequences.
Thanks, El Gato.
Maybe I am thinking about aircraft carriers instead of submarines. Do they have miniature aircraft carriers?
:-)
Well, these days I question and second-guess everything that happens. I can’t help but wonder why this explosion and why now. The timing seems to be a bit suspicious (or convenient for Zero).
It may sound a bit simplistic, I know, but if this country just used our OWN resources (including laborers), instead of importing them from other countries, we’d be sitting pretty. Of course, our enemies in the White House and throughout the country don’t want us to be well off.
My pitchfork is starting to get a little rusty. Too little, too late is just around the corner, I fear.
Whether the explosion was deliberate or accidental, please note posts 43, 56, and the following posts.
But this spill IS a scandal.

ELEVEN DAYS LATE [Oil slick now a scandal]

In one of the early Thug-o-crat posts, I pointed out that Soros received tax dollars for invenstments in Brazilian oil [partially intdirect, but that was the result]. Soros now has a golden investment.
Of course, the scandal is bigger than that. By stalling on the cleanup, Obama now has an excuse to oppose drilling, a chance to distract everyone from DNC slime, and a chance to vilify Big Oil.
But we stop and think a minute, half a dozen countries have or will have rigs off our shores. BRITISH Petroleum is only one foreigner in the Gulf. And Mexico certainly has every right to drill there.

The oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico is a catastrophe of historic dimensions, The oil slick we see on the surface of the Gulf of Mexico is just the tip of the iceberg.

This article asks if there is a connection to the CCX expose that will link to the sunken oil platform.
[end quote]
How about a small speedboat with advanced munitions.
A young man from a small community about 10 miles from where I live was one of the forst rig workers to jump from the platform into the Gulf when the explosions began. He finally returned home late last week. I’d love to hear what he has to say about all this.
yer right. But I was just going on what the prez said when he came out for offshore drilling...
Wow! Thanks, Gonzo.
