Dems held the senate [lost super majority though]
We whooped them in the House.

House: 183 democrats | 239 Republicans
Senate: 51 democrats | 46 republicans
3 senate seats up for grabs.

We whooped them in the Senate too.
Of the 37 Senate races, Republicans won 24, Dems won 11, with 2 still to be determined.
The only thing that make the Senate look less impressive is because there weren’t that many Dem senate seats up for grab this cycle.
Congrats on getting rid of Obama’s best buddy Perriello. It was closer than I thought it would be.

Here’s an interesting tidbit.
Rhode Island is officially “Rhode Island and Providence Plantations.”
They had a ballot measure to change it to just plain old “Rhode Island”. It failed overwhelmingly. Guess they like their sense of history out there. Not sure how I would voted on that.
