Some of you may know about this gem, but I want to make sure every Firefox and Chrome user knows about the beauty of FR Tree View.
I'm not taking credit for it, I don't know which FReeper wrote the software. But it's amazing! It makes following long, nested threads much easier. See a screen shot here:
Get it here: and click the "click here to install FRTV" link.
Internet Explorer users may be able to get it to work using the IE7Pro addon, but I haven't tested it to vouch for it.
I tried installing grease monkey I use Chrome it told me I needed to use foxfire. Am I doing something wrong???
Bump
Marking for later when there is more information
You don’t need to install Greasemonkey on Chrome. Chrome has all of Greasemonkey’s functionality built-in. You can skip that step and go right to the installation of FR Tree View.

Thank you, it’s done. Don’t know if it’s working though. Where do I go what do I do...lol
Do I have to shut down my web browser to get it working???
Trying to use this with Chrome, I installed the extension but I am not seeing the Treeview button...
Cool! Working as advertised. Thanks
At the top of every FR thread, you should see two new buttons.
View as Tree and Poster Report
Click View as Tree to engage FR Tree View for that thread.
Same here as a Chrome user - no change.
You may have to use the latest (or even a beta) version of Google Chrome.
What is your version? If you click the wrench icon, click About Google Chrome, you will find your version.
Mine is 5.0.342.8 beta.
aaaah...that could be it. I am using an earlier version. I will update and get back to you
Ah the version might be an issue. I do believe I am using the BETA version of Chrome.
If you like this script and want to install it on Chrome, you may need to upgrade to the Beta version here:

This is cool!!! Thanks for posting!
