Personally... I think Crystal is one of the best they’ve ever had. I think she’s the real deal.

Agreed, Crystal is talented...but I do not see her having much “depth” as a performer...but hey...if she sells tickets and tunes...she has done her job :-) (I hope she can afford a hair dresser!)
I agree but I’m not convinced she wants to win this thing.
