Lee DeWyze
Lee's second song is REM's "Everybody Hurts". He growls through parts of it, but it's good. And the choir has returned. They may have been there the whole time, but I just now notice them
Randy: That was definitely better. I could feel the Lee that I love by the end.
Ellen: I feel that you went off a couple of times, but I don't care. I could feel everyone get excited. Want to see more of that from you.
Kara: You're emotionally accessable, blah, blah. (she liked it)
Simon: Brilliant choice of song for you. Went off melody a few times. You're nervous. I think you really got to understand what this night means, how it can change your life. (wants his third performance to be a "10 out of 10")

Truly that won’t be a worry! I’m not used to this keyboard yet!

Lee was emoting and it got a little out of the strike zone. I just noticed the letters on my keyboard are wearing off. My “L” is half gone. I’ll blame leftists instead of Lee though.

That’s the song the judges picked. I guess downer songs are this season.

Black Velvet’s a good song. She’s not all that though either, but this is what it is this year.
