That is a variation of the “observer problem” — just like at the end of the 20th Century all the great achievements seemed to happen in the 90’s, Ryan just SEEMS particularly annoying.

Yeah what is up with Ryan this year? He never bothered me that much before but I can’t stand him this season-he is so annoying and just not funny.
