And not only getting close to the end of the shuttle launches, we may very well be getting close to the complete destruction of America’s manned space exploration program.

Thank you. Pray for me, especially when I get to Houston (1:50 on Tuesday afternoon). I have one-hour-and-five-minutes to deplane, grab luggage, go through customs and get on the plane to Atlanta. I called Continental today to see if that was enough time. They assured me it was. I’ll let you know.

I’m medicating the headache at the moment. Probably will fall asleep very soon. But I’ll have the headache right up to the time we pull away (!) from the gate.

Did I say “Pull away”? LOL! We walk out to the plane, climb the stairs and the thing just starts rolling. It doesn’t pull away from anything.

I hate traveling. I’m in my pre-travel trauma. It’s always happens.

I think I’ll shut down and go to bed. Talk to you in the AM.

You can't imagine the impact this hit on NASA will have on our local community..

..over 20 thousand job losses initially..

....plus the trickle down throughout the community from those job losses.

..actually it's a microcosm of the hit on our nation....per Obama.

We took a hit on the Space Coast in the 60's, early 70's.....but recovered.

Not sure that will happen again....ever.
